- Shipping internationally: I will ship everywhere but please ensure your country is eligible for receiving packages from Europe when you order. Take note that any and all import taxes or fees are the sole responsability of the customer.
- Processing Time: I will prepare and send your package in the next 14 days following your order.
- Transit Time: Delivery is made by the French national postal service, La Poste or the Colissimo delivery service.
- Domestically (France): In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
- Internationally: Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier and external factors, and could even take months
- Return & Refund: The customer has 7 days after receipt of the products to request a refund.
Reimbursement can only be made if the customer returns the product (return costs at the customer's expense). I have then 30 days to reimburse the customer.
The customer is obliged to return the products in new condition.
The customer will receive a refund equivalent to 85% of the total amount of the order (excluding shipping costs). The remaining 15% is used to cover taxes and social security contributions ppaid by myself.
I will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost ONLY if it was a tracked order. I am not responsible for the loss of an untracked package.
- Tracked Destinations: The order will be fully tracked for the following destinations: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Togo, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.
- Pre-orders: Allow a production time and shipment time of 1-3 months when it comes to preordered items.
- Change Of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, I am able to change the address at any time before the order is prepared to ship, but please inform me of that change as quickly as possible.
- Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking code from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
- Preorder items: Pre-order items have to be manufactured then received and verified by myself: the orders will be shipped 3-4 weeks after the pre-order deadline. If it must take longer due to production problems, customers will be notified by e-mail. Regular updates will be made via socials. If one orders a not-preordered item with a preorder item, everything will be shipped together when the pre-order item is ready to be shipped. If the customer don't want that, two different orders must be made via the online shop.
